Life Coaching is a highly personal experience and one that is not limited by geography. When possible, I strive to meet with my clients in-person, however the majority of my coaching takes place over the telephone. The typical coaching relationship begins with a three-month commitment. Within those three months you will receive 12 half-hour sessions, plus one bonus session. This bonus session is free of charge and can be redeemed at anytime. After the initial three months of coaching we can move to a month-to-month agreement. Payments for the coaching sessions are due at the beginning of each month. If at any point during our coaching relationship either party wishes to terminate the contract, I will gladly respect that request and pro-rate funds back to the client. Throughout the entire coaching relationship, I constantly check-in with my clients to make sure they are getting what they want out of their sessions.
Building trust and a strong rapport with my clients is invaluable. Before the coaching begins, it is important for my client and I to have the opportunity to become acquainted. In the initial meeting we will discuss the details of coaching, address any questions or concerns, and work to identify what the client hopes to gain from the coaching relationship. We will create a schedule for our coaching sessions and design the guidelines of our coach-client relationship.
Sessions are booked in half-hour blocks. If a client wishes to extend the session time, I will gladly accommodate their desires, and bill accordingly. Session locations may range from a coffee shop discussion to a walk in the park When meeting in person, it is my goal to make sure that my clients feel safe to explore the topics at hand, thus there is flexibility in our meeting locations. As previously stated most coaching takes place over the telephone. I have a 24-hour cancelation policy; without proper notification I will charge for missed sessions.
Because it is my goal to unconditionally support my clients at all times, I am available via text message and email. I will strive to respond as quickly as possible.
